Mark Johnson MD, was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at University of Oregon, he worked as an engineer at Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon. After spending 5 years in the semiconductor industry, he returned to Utah and received his MD degree at University of Utah School of Medicine. Diagnostic Radiology residency training and Interventional Radiology fellowship training was completed at The Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. Making his way back to the Rocky Mountains, he soon joined Northwest Imaging in Kalispell, Montana. Dr. Johnson performs a wide spectrum of Interventional Radiology procedures, with interests in interventional oncology, prostate artery embolization, and peripheral vascular disease.
