Dr. Jared Heimbigner joined Northwest Imaging in 2016 and currently serves as the group president. After completing osteopathic medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, he entered the Navy and completed a transitional internship at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. Subsequently, Dr. Heimbigner served as a General Medical Officer with the 1st Marine Division in Camp Pendleton CA. He then completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, and furthered his training with a Body MRI fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Heimbigner served as an active duty staff radiologist at the Naval Medical Center San Diego for four years, and then decided to transition out of the Navy after 11 years of active duty service. He loves the Flathead valley and enjoys hunting, cycling, skiing and spending time with his wife and three children.
